Dear Valued Patient,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued trust and confidence in permitting me to care for you, and in many cases your families’, dental needs through the last 10 years. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my transition from my practice, which is slated to occur in early January 2017.
My wife, Erin, and I have decided to move to Colorado to be closer to family and to continue our best efforts to start a family of our own with their world renowned fertility specialists. It has been a tremendously difficult professional decision to give up what I have worked so hard to build over the years in Redmond.
In an effort to ensure that my patients continue to receive the best possible care, I have carefully evaluated a number of candidates who were interested in assuming my practice. I have selected Dr. Navid Farzadfar, who I believe is a caring and talented dentist who possesses the highest qualifications and is extremely well skilled in all phases of restorative, family, and cosmetic dentistry. I have spent ample time with Dr Farzadfar to ensure that he has similar vision and philosophy with respect to patient care. He is also very well versed in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry for those of you who have received this type of care from me, and are concerned about ongoing treatments in this field.
Dr. Farzadfar received his dental degree in 2008. He is a strong believer in continuing education as a means to ensure that his patients receive the highest quality dental care. Dr. Farzadfar has completed several post graduate dental programs, including 2.5 years of Residency in General Dentistry and a research fellowship at Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester, NY. He has also completed a yearlong training in Orofacial pain, TMJ disorders and dental sleep medicine at UCLA. He strives to maintain the most current education in all aspects of modern dentistry, as I have.
Alongside a strong commitment to patient care, Dr. Farzadfar has been dedicated to academics as well. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Washington, School of Dentistry Department of Esthetics and restorative dentistry.
I will be working with Dr. Farzadfar to ensure a smooth transition and to help him get to know your oral health care needs. During this time, please feel free to contact us so that we may answer any questions that you may have. The office location, telephone number and website will remain the same. I am happy to let you know that the team who has assisted me will remain with the practice.
I want to thank all of my patients. Many of you were more than patients, but friends who I looked forward to seeing at each and every visit. Please have faith and trust in Dr. Farzadfar as he is a gifted dentist who truly puts his heart, soul and technical excellence into all of his work.
With warm regards,

Adam N Jury, DDS
